Dynamic Vlog Video Editor

I film regular vlogs and interviews with friends and always end up with hours of raw footage. What I need is a polished main video (roughly 8-12 minutes, 16:9) and at least one companion Short or Reel (30-60 seconds, 9:16) from the same material.
The finished pieces should feel fast-paced and energetic: quick jump-cuts, punch-ins, speed-ramps, on-screen text or emoji call-outs, and sound design that keeps everything moving. Electronic and techno tracks are the sonic anchor, so please be comfortable sourcing alternative music in that style and syncing beat drops to transitions.
Typical workflow
• I’ll upload footage, B-roll, and any stills to a shared drive.
• You edit in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Resolve—whatever you’re quickest in—add color correction, basic noise reduction, and light motion graphics.
• Two rounds of revisions via timestamped comments.
• Final delivery: H.264 MP4 (YouTube ready) + vertical short in the same folder, along with project files.
