Dynamic B-Roll Video Editing -- 2

I’ll be supplying high-definition footage , you must use heygen and elevenlabs, make videos from your own created script that needs to be turned into short, scroll-stopping B-roll pieces for my social channels. The immediate priority is the actual video editing—trimming, pacing, colour work, motion graphics, captions and anything else that keeps viewers hooked within the first three seconds.

Once the edit is locked, I also want help with scripting snappy on-screen text, layering AI-generated voiceovers where a human voice isn’t available, and coordinating basic social media management so each clip goes live in the right format and at the right time on TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, is important because we’ll be iterating quickly.

Deliverables for each short:
• Fully edited vertical video (up to 60 s) in 1080×1920, H.264 MP4
• Hard-coded captions and title cards matching the approved script
• Separate caption file (.srt)
• AI or human voice track mixed to broadcast levels
• Optimised thumbnail and posting copy (optional but preferred)
