- The freelancer does not need to help with uploading the downloaded videos to another platform.
Overall, the ideal freelancer for this project should be familiar with downloading videos from Tencent Cloud on Windows platform and converting them into MP4 format.
Addtional Info: There is a paid tutorial i wish to download over the internet but not allow to do so. total 30 video to download.
