Demonstrational website video

I am building a website that basically offers the following:
1) A classifieds ads program for producers to create ads to list their products
2) An online store where products are copied from the classifieds and sold via drop shipping
3) Creation of multiple 'specialist' stores where the same products are used
I think it would be best to create 3 short videos, promoting each area.
I would like a short demonstrational video to explain how to use my site. The first video does not need to be 100% perfect as it will be reviewed and changes will need to be made to it before we launch the business.

I am not ready to begin straight away, I have not planned the project out. I am looking to discuss the project to help me understand what I need to provide, what the cost is likely to be etc. I still have at least 14 days before I am ready to begin the project.
