Creating a YouTube cooking video

Hi,
I am looking for someone to make a cooking video of two malaysian dishes for my YouTube channel
The requirements are
1. that the person cooking has to be visible and has to be clearly explaining the steps. You will not be allowed to edit the steps in or put music in with your video. The audience has to clearly be able to see the face of the chef and be able to clearly hear the voice of the chef.
2. Also I am interested in the halal ingredients so if the halal ingredients are not possible or available please suggest the alternatives that can be used.
3. After making the video, it should not be used or published anywhere else
