Create a video for me

I am just starting a YouTube channel and I would like to post my first video soon. My video is planned to be an animated video explaining how cannabis affects the brain long term. I would need someone to record my written script and create and edit my video for me. I have the topic, and script created. I am going for about a 5-10 minute video.
