I am looking for a freelancer to create and publish a series of Shorts from existing YouTube videos.

The video has a duration of 3-10 minutes and I would like to create 1-3 Shorts from it. The selected freelancer must also upload the shorts on my channel.

Skills and experience required for this project include:

- Experience in creating Shorts for social media platforms
- Knowledge of YouTube's Shorts creation guidelines

- Must be able to publish the shorts to my channel with proper SEO.
