Create a clickable link for my MP4 video

I need someone to create a clickable link for my MP4 video. When a customer clicks the link, my video will open. The file size is big. It's approximately 2.2 G. I cannot upload the file here in freelancer. You MUST give me your email so I can send it to you. Also, You must speak good English or I will NOT hire you. You also must finish project in 4 hours, no exceptions. I will pay MAXIMUM $30 for project.
