Create animated WebM video from Adobe Premiere Pro template (all template files available)

Good day,

We please need a Freelancer to create a WebM video from an existing and purchased Premiere Pro template. This is the template: https://elements.envato.com/website-presentation-device-mockup-premiere-pro-J7KGC2F

The requirements to the output video are:
- Put below mentioned sequences 01-03 into a row
- Video will be displayed in this frame (check 2024.04.Sequence.Task.Screenshot)
- Video must be in WebM format
- Video background must be transparent (!!)
- Video must be web-optimized
- Video must run in a loop
- Video must contain transparent gradient on left/right side
- Video sequence 03 must contain transition animation

Sequence 01 - Smartphone

- Take animation from template.mp4 00:09 - 00:15
- Take screenshot Sequence1.Smartphone.png
- Add animation transparency at left and right corner
- Do not change screens while animation
- Add 0.5 seconds delay before next animation


Sequence 02 - Laptop

- Take animation from template.mp4 00:14 - 00:19
- Take screenshot Sequence2.Laptop.png
- Add animation transparency at left and right corner
- Do not change screens while animation
- Add 0.5 seconds delay before next animation


Sequence 03 - Multi Device

- Take animation from template.mp4 00:54 - 01:00
- Take screenshots
- Smartphone: Sequence3.Multi.Smartphone.01.png
- Laptop: Sequence3.Laptop.01.png
- Tablet: Sequence3.Tablet
- Add animation transparency at left and right corner
- Do not change screens while animation
- Add transition within sequence
- Change Sequence3.Multi.Smartphone.01.png to Sequence3.Multi.Smartphone.02.png
- Change Sequence3.Laptop.01.png to Sequence3.Laptop.02.png
- Add loop to begin with sequence 01 again within 0.5 seconds

Please note my conditions for working with you:
- I only accept final biddings
- No renegotiation
- You start immediately
- If you are awarded and I get no reply for more than 24hrs, project gets cancelled
- Professional communication only (no "brother" etc.)
- No intermediate milestones, payment only on completion
- Please note that convert from mp4 to webm won't succeed due to transparency
