Create an advertisement video

I am looking for someone who can create a short (10 to 20 seconds) and very simple advertisement video for my startup. I will provide our logo, our color palette and some illustrations that you can use/animate in the video if you like. It will also give you the texts (in French) that need to be shown in the video. It has to be modern and minimalistic without being too empty, if that is clear.
