Covering text blocs on short videos with text blocs in new language

I have over 25 short product presentation videos including very few English text blocs requiring to be covered with new french text blocs. You can see one example of the video here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8pHriJ5yls0

Each video is about 1'30 they are all from the manufacturer's Youtube channel

I will provide a list of URL to be scraped / I can alternatively scrap them for you
I will provide the texts for each video as a separate txt file for each video
I need our own URL to be displayed as permanent footnote
I need all English text blocs to be covered with new french text blocs which I will provide
Once ready you are expected to upload the videos on our own youtube channel for final review purpose

I did customize such a video by myself / this isn't very sophisticated and it takes about 5/10 min/max (download /upload excluded) but I have no time to do them all.

I will expect the job to be completed with 10/12 days

Please customize the sample video yourself to figure out how much work is needed before bidding or making price offers.

I would like to pay somewhere around 5€ per video
