Location: Conference Room / Training Facility, Business Hotel, Hitech City, Hyderabad
Date: 24th June 2025
Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

CredMinded invites applications from experienced event photographers and videographers to professionally cover a corporate-style training session in a hotel conference setting.
This is a high-visibility engagement designed to capture the brand’s mission, energy, and professionalism — with content intended for stakeholder presentations, CSR showcases, digital marketing, and future partnerships.
Scope of Work:
Photography:
Candid and staged coverage of attendees, facilitators, and venue ambiance
Focus on expressions, moments, branding, interactions, and key visuals
Delivery of a minimum of 50 high-quality edited photographs
Videography:
Continuous video capture of key segments (welcome, sessions, interactions)
Delivery of complete raw video footage
One 5-minute professionally edited highlight reel, optimized for social media and corporate communications
Style & Expectations:
Bright, clean, minimalist aesthetic
Corporate framing, natural lighting, sharp focus
Discreet and professional presence during the event
Fast turnaround preferred (within 7 business days)
Ideal Professional:
Portfolio of prior corporate or institutional event coverage
Owns and operates professional-grade camera, lighting, and audio equipment
Understands brand-aligned storytelling through visuals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
