40th Company Reunion Livestream Coverage
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm organizing a 40th reunion for a company in Scottsdale on November 9, 2024, and need assistance with the livestreaming. The event, which runs from 6 PM to 10 PM, will be attended by approximately 125 people, many of whom are in their 65-85 age range.
Key Requirements:
- Livestream the staged program at 8 PM for about 1 hour
- Cover 15-20 minutes of greetings from key individuals to the online audience
The livestream will cater to those unable to attend in person due to health or other limitations. Quality-wise, a standard-quality livestream will suffice. There is no need for audience engagement, as the livestream will simply be a viewing experience for our remote attendees.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in event livestreaming
- Ability to manage technical aspects of a standard-quality livestream
- Prior work with similar age demographics is a plus
