I want a striking, cinematic video that walks viewers through my entire villa and captures its ambience in a single, polished piece. The shoot should cover every key area—lush outdoor spaces (gardens and pool), stylish living zones (living room and kitchen), plus all bedrooms and bathrooms—so the final cut feels like an uninterrupted journey through the property rather than a simple room-by-room tour.
You’ll have creative freedom with camera movement and framing, but please maintain a film-like look: smooth gimbal or slider shots, tasteful drone reveals, and thoughtful close-ups that highlight textures and finishes. Lighting is available in most areas, yet I’m counting on you to balance natural daylight with supplemental fixtures if needed to avoid harsh contrasts.
Post-production is just as important. I’m after rich color grading, seamless transitions, and a cohesive ambient soundtrack that enhances the mood without stealing the show. Feel free to add subtle motion graphics for room titles or dimensions, but keep them elegant and minimal.
Deliverables:
• 3–5 minute master video in 4K (H.264) suitable for web and large display
• 60-second vertical teaser for social media
• All color-corrected raw clips on a shared drive for future use
