Chennai Trade Show Video Production
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m running four parallel trade shows—Photography, Pro Sound & Light, Tent Décor & Catering, and Digital Print & Sign—at the Chennai Trade Centre from 8-10 January 2026 and need complete video coverage handled end-to-end.
Across the three days I want every angle covered: buzzing aisles, product demos, on-the-spot interviews, genuine attendee reactions—the works. Once the lights go down, I’ll rely on you to shape that footage into ready-to-publish content for YouTube and Instagram Reels.
Deliverables
• 4 finished YouTube highlight films (one per show).
• 8 vertical Reels, 30-60 s each (two per show).
• All raw footage
Each export must be colour-corrected, audio-balanced, subtitled where needed, and cleared for copyright-free music.
Schedule
• On-site filming: 8-10 Jan 2026, Chennai.
• First cut of Reels: within a few days of wrap.
• First cut of long-form videos: within a week of wrap
• Final delivery: no later than 20 Jan 2026
