find some stock or provincial and muncipal videos and photos that highlight Alberta, and Red Deer (town of property).

low-maintainance front yard (irrigation & sprinklers, automatic lawn mower)
New (2019) heated sidewalk - no winter shovelling
quiet neighbourhood - 1 road in/out Cul-de-sac ("Close"), 1 block off any main drives
1 block from School & Daycare, parks
private park - view your pets and children from your front window
Shingles in very good condition
