Austin Live Talk 4-Camera Shoot
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m hosting a 90-minute, in-person talk for 65-100 attendees in a hotel meeting room in Austin on Friday, 3/27/2026, and I need a local crew that can walk in, roll four cameras, and hand over the footage when we wrap. Here’s how the coverage is planned:
• Camera 1 – motion-activated tripod pointed at me on stage.
• Camera 2 – locked-off wide shot of the presentation screen to capture every slide change.
• Camera 3 & Camera 4 – each operated by one of your camera pros, floating to pick up audience reactions and any spontaneous floor interaction.
No extra lighting, sound, or post-production is required; we only need you, your cameras, and two experienced operators. Once the session is over, simply offload and label the files so I can take them straight to my editor.
