2D Animation video for Youtube

Hello,
Please don't bid on this if you aren't full-time free and able to work long term. I have a very specific project I am working on, I am looking for someone who is well versed in 2D animation videos for Youtube. The person I work with will need to provide me previous project so I know they can handle the project.
This will be an ongoing project with an end goal of 75 to 100 videos, this is not set in stone so this project could last for over a year. I have some examples that you can see here:

The videos will need to be anywhere from 5 minutes all the way up to 12 minutes depending on the script. This project will start in about a week. I would be looking for 2-3 videos a week, I would provide you the script but you would need to be able to put together the animation, video and editing.

The budget is a placeholder BIG PLUS if you can also do the thumbnail!
