I'm interested for a 30-45 sec animated clip with the following scenario. (The music from the background should be according with the situation. The image from the locker should have the attached image on it)
Title: Popescu's Town Hall Mission
Opening shot: Establishing shot of Popescu walking down a busy city street.
Voiceover: "Meet Popescu. He's on a mission to deposit an important file at the town hall building."
Shot 2: Close up of Popescu's face as he approaches the town hall building.
Voiceover: "He knows exactly where he needs to go."
Shot 3: Popescu enters the building and walks down a hallway. As he rounds a corner, he sees a long line of people waiting.
Voiceover: "Popescu has been here before, so he knows the way."
Popescu opens his eyes wide and puts his hands on his head in frustration.
Voiceover: "But he didn't expect such a long line."
Shot 4: Popescu looks at his watch and takes a deep breath, determined to get the job done.
Voiceover: "He doesn't have time to waste."
Shot 5: Popescu joins the line and waits patiently.
Voiceover: "Popescu knows that patience is key."
Shot 6: As Popescu waits in line, he spots a locker outside the building.

Shot 7: Popescu exits the building and approaches the locker. He inputs his personal data via a digital keyboard and receives a receipt, which he attaches to the envelope of documents. He places the envelope inside the locker.
