I'm searching for a skilled technician to operate a conference projector at an upcoming event. His main tasks will involve:
- Displaying presentations: The ideal candidate should be proficient with different projector models, ensuring presentations are delivered professionally and without technical hiccups.
- Conference operation: The technician will be solely responsible for the operation of the projector, offering the necessary technical support throughout the conference.
- Video conferencing integration: The whiteboard at the conference should be advanced enough to have integration with video conferencing software. This feature is essential to facilitate remote participation in the event.
The right technician for this project should have experience in operating advanced conference tech and must have an in-depth understanding of how to seamlessly integrate video conferencing software with interactive whiteboards. Experience in a similar role will be highly appreciated.
In the conference request they have asked for lectern and projector screen plus AV tech support. We will require a projector screen to be hire and lectern and the services of an AV Technician from 7:30am to 5:30pm the day of the conference.
