I need a video producer / online content creator

We are a mid sized construction services company (450 employees) that would like to invest in building out and fulfilling a concept of releasing daily video content highlighting company story, employee stories, "get to know" our executives, internal company culture (daily competitions, games, fun), "get to know" the team members dogs that come to work with them. We want something new, fresh and outside of the box. We are a gritty, blue collar team with a chip on our shoulder and are wanting to take some risks to do something new and creative in this space. But we need help.
