15 minute video about a city with best tourist places

I need a very dynamic video, with 15 minutes, about a city with best tourist places to go with music from that specific country and very dynamic voice over (female) in native english describing everything.
This is for a youtube channel and if the work is very good, you will a lot more videos. Important, always the same voice to create familiarity.
