help me create a video to market my business to condos

Hello, Im looking at hiring someone to help me develop and make a marketing video to send to strata's explaining my business and how it can help. Im planning on making videos with my phone and using a mic to improve sound quality. Wanting it to look extremely professional . Needing editing and sound put in. I can record the material but need help from there.
