facebook instagram videos for my ads

Hi, we run a lot of ads for our clients on facebook instagram.

We want to outsource the video development to an experienced freelancer, that knows how to:

- Develop an enticing advert from start to finish. (30 seconds ish)
- Can understand our client and develop the story line and hooks needed for attention.
- Understands the blueprint for successful videos, hooks, offer, trust, ctr etc.
- Can then develop the video using our images or canva etc.
- Can run with the project with a little guidance from my team.
- Can finish these tasks promptly
- Speaks english perfectly!

I currently have 8 more videos to design asap for our ads.

Please price me a reasonable hourly rate, and a price per video.
