YouTube Quiz Video Creator and Manager

Looking for a creative, talented, passionate and dedicated individual who will create and manage captivating, entertaining and educational quiz videos across different genres and topics for a YouTube channel.
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- [ ] We will provide you the quiz topics across various genres, you will generate the scripts/questions and create the videos.
- [ ] You must be able to create and deliver 5 videos every Friday of the week for review. 5 videos, due every Friday of the week, all year round.
- [ ] Error rate should be less than 5%. No repeated questions, wrong questions/answers, wrong images, wrong voiceovers, etc.
- [ ] Video quality (text, image, color and ambience, etc.) must be of the highest quality and all text must be legible. You must be creative and passionate about making these quiz videos and it will show in the videos that you create.
- [ ] Each quiz video should follow a similar format to what’s currently being posted on the YouTube channel, at the very minimum, the videos must have good breakouts, captivating question choices, creative presentation, pop ups, call to actions, voiceover and color schemes, some custom images etc. Some sample videos can be shared for better understanding.
- [ ] You will keep evolving with each video creation and incorporate newer and fresher ideas that will make each video standout.
- [ ] After review is done, you will make corrections on the videos (if applicable )and schedule them in the YouTube channel the next day (Saturday of the week ), with catchy and custom thumbnails that you will create, alongside SEO optimized title, description and tags.
- [ ] A penalty of (monetary deduction from agreed pay) will apply for each day of late video submission.
- [ ] You will create polls and schedule on the YouTube channel every week. How many polls a week can be discussed. You will also create community posts and announcements if and when necessary.
- [ ] You will keep an eye on viewers comments and incorporate viewers feedbacks after discussing with the YouTube channel owners.
- [ ] You’re willing to work long term and you have a size able, talented and reliable team for this long term gig, to ensure consistent and quality delivery every week.
- [ ] You will agree to and sign a written and binding contract, which will cover pretty much everything listed above and other important details.
NOTE: You will be required to create a SAMPLE VIDEO to proof competency before you can be hired for this gig. Be rest assured that the video will not be posted or used by us, feel free to copyright the sample video before sending it along. If we like the sample video, and price aligns, and you agree with and sign the written contract, then you get hired.
