YouTube Automation Channel – Full Workflow Management (Scriptwriting, Voiceover, Editing, Thumbnails) :
Project Description:
I’m looking to build and scale a fully automated, faceless YouTube channel focused on engaging, evergreen content in a popular niche (e.g., top 10s, tech, motivation, luxury, finance, or similar). The goal is to create a passive income stream with consistent, high-quality uploads and minimal hands-on involvement from my side.
I’m hiring a team (or an experienced individual/team lead) who can handle the entire YouTube content production pipeline.

Scope of Work:
I am looking for long-term collaborators to handle the following tasks per video (3–5 videos per week):
1. Topic Research & Content Ideas
• Use tools like VidIQ/TubeBuddy, Google Trends, and Reddit
• Identify trending and evergreen topics
2. Scriptwriting
• Engaging, well-structured, and tailored to YouTube audience
3. Voiceover
• AI-based or human voiceover (clear, energetic, natural tone)
• Must sync well with the script
4. Video Editing
• Use stock footage, animations, and B-roll to match the script
• Tools like Pictory, InVideo, Adobe Premiere Pro preferred
• Maintain a consistent brand style (I will provide references/templates)
5. Thumbnail Design
• Bold, attention-grabbing thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop
• Must follow CTR-optimized best practices
6. Upload Assistance & Optimization (optional)
• SEO title, description, tags, and thumbnail upload via YouTube Studio
• Scheduling and playlist assignment
