Wedding Reception Candid Moments Cameraman

Our wedding day is set, and I want a dedicated cameraman who can blend into the crowd during the reception and quietly capture the natural, unscripted moments—laughter around the tables, kids on the dance floor, friends pulling silly faces for the phone camera, the unexpected hugs and happy tears.

The ceremony and “getting ready” portions are already covered; this brief focuses solely on the reception. From the couple’s entrance right through to the last song, you’ll be free-roaming with steady-shot gear, working primarily handheld or on a lightweight gimbal so you can move fast without drawing attention. Low-light skills are essential because we’re keeping the romantic mood lighting all evening.

Deliverables I need:
• A full set of colour-corrected, high-resolution video files (ProRes or 4K MP4) organised chronologically
• All usable raw clips on a separate drive or downloadable link

I’ll confirm the exact schedule, floor plan, and any house-rules with you once we lock in the date.
