Virtual Assistants for Fun Project

We are seeking 1-2 dedicated and efficient Virtual Assistants to manage a high-volume video outreach project using Vidthanks.com . This role requires creating and sending personalized videos to specific recipients. We provide the training. Training takes 5-10 minutes.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Video Creation: Record yourself using the Vidthanks platform following our provided scripts/guidelines.
Delivery: Send the completed videos to recipient emails which will be provided for each task.
Speed & Accuracy: Maintain a fast turnaround while ensuring each recipient's email is entered correctly.
Milestones & Project Structure:
The project is divided into stages to test efficiency and reliability. The total timeline for the first batch of 100 videos is one week.
Stage 1: 1 Test Video (Initial Quality Check) Go to Vidthanks.com and sign up for a free account. Add a recipient (can be you for the test). Create a video as if you are a restaurant owner asking patrons to leave a Google video review. The recipient will receive an email and they can upload their review.
Stage 2: Create 5 Videos. We will review what you created . If changes are needed, we can adjust, but its highly unlikely we will change anything.
Milestone 3: Create 10 more Videos
Milestone 4: Create another 25 Videos
Milestone 5: Create another 55 Videos (Final Batch for week 1)
Requirements:
Must be comfortable appearing on camera.
Must have a clean, professional background and good lighting.
Strong attention to detail (ensuring the right video goes to the right email).
Ability to meet the one-week deadline for the full 100-video set.
