Village Construction and Event Documentation

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to provide comprehensive documentation of construction activities and events in a village from 2019 to 2025. The project involves capturing both sound and visual elements to create a detailed record of this period. I also need a vehicle opposite of the house as they were drinking and driving fighting in the vehicle with my daughter. If possible, could you please check something else out for me. A mother and a too young of a child on an ATV next door to the house that I rent.

Key Requirements:
- Capture videos focusing on construction progress and village events.

- The documentation should cover the specified timeframe from 2019 to specifically for sound in the months May, June or July of 2025 for construction site.
