Videographer for Big5 Saudi - Reels and Photos Capture (Feb 24-25)
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Our company will participate for the first time at Big5 Saudi on February 24 and 25 in Riyadh. The booth will be small yet highly Instagrammable, with great viral potential. To capture this experience, we seek a videographer and a photographer to record key moments at the event.
Project Objective:
Create a collection of videos and photos that highlight the booth’s relevance, the visual impact of the materials, and audience engagement.
Showcase that marble are being introduced to Saudi Arabia, as nature’s jewels.
Capture emotion and interaction: admiration, people touching the marble, curiosity, and genuine reactions.
Service Package Required:
Duration: 12 hours of recording (6h/day - from 2 PM to 8 PM).
Deliverables:
4 vertical videos (Reels) with diverse shots.
20 high-quality photos.
Upload footage for editing every 2 hours to our Google Drive folder.
Budget should be quoted as a fixed package for 12 hours of service.
