Video editor for reels and YouTube videos

Need someone to make reels and YouTube videos that a very high quality. Believe I’ll send a link to a reel from our page and also a YouTube video, what you quoting is for 10 reels and 2 YouTube videos. Will payout in stages. But please watch the videos as this is the min requirement. If it is not up to this standard we will not pay and not proceed.
