Video advert

I’m looking for someone to make a 2 videos to be used for an advertising purpose,
One can be animated and other informative.
The project is for a property company startup.

We deal with properties in Pakistan owned by overseas Pakistani community providing services from the base country.
Looking to start advertising on Facebook, YouTube etc.
highly creative thinking required.
