We are building a fast-growing on-demand startup (Urgentlee) and are looking for a highly skilled AI video creator + social media partner to produce realistic, high-quality video content for Instagram.
This is not basic AI content — we’re looking for someone who can create near real-life, premium-quality videos that feel like they were shot professionally.
Scope of Work:
AI-Video Creation
1. Create realistic AI-generated videos for Instagram (Reels, Ads, Brand Content)
2. Videos should feel human, natural, and highly engaging
3. Content will include:
- Customer experience videos
- Service demos
- Story-driven / viral content
Creative Direction
1. Adapt trends into AI-generated formats
2. Come up with viral content ideas and hooks
Editing & Post-Production
1. Add captions, transitions, sound design, and effects
2. Ensure content is optimized for Instagram performance
Graphic Content
1. Create supporting posters / carousel posts aligned with the brand
Social Media Management
1. Plan and manage Instagram content calendar
2. Ensure consistent posting and engagement
Requirements (Important – Please Read Carefully):
1. Strong experience with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, Kling, etc.)
2. Ability to create highly realistic human-like videos (NOT cartoonish or generic AI content)
3. Strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated video work
4. Understanding of Instagram trends, hooks, and viral formats
5. Good sense of storytelling and brand aesthetics
