Project: Video recording for a marketing agency in Reels format
Goal: A short, dynamic, and emotional video to be used on Instagram and other social media platforms to promote the agency’s services.
1. Format and Duration
• Length: Up to 30 seconds.
• Format: Vertical video (9:16), Reels.
• Quality: Full HD (1920×1080) or 4K.
• Recording: Professional camera only + lavalier or studio microphone.
2. Location and Background
• Bright, neutral space or a modern office.
• While delivering the text, incorporate some actions or gestures to capture and hold attention.
• Good natural or professional lighting.
3. Actor’s Appearance
• Modern, stylish clothing.
• Neat makeup and hairstyle.
• No logos or patterns on clothing (unless provided by the brand).
4. Delivery Style
• Energetic, confident, with a touch of charisma.
• Friendly smile, direct eye contact with the camera.
• Clear and articulate speech.
5. Script and Scenario
The script will be provided in advance (up to 100 words).
• Memorize the text — no reading from paper.
• 2–3 takes may be recorded for best selection.
• Tone — motivational, inspiring, without excessive theatricality.

• File format: MP4 (H.264).
• Clean audio (no echo, noise, or background sounds).
