URGENT: EVENT VIDEOGRAPHER

We have an upcoming Sword Experience event in Columbus, Ohio, lead by actor Adrian Paul most known for his role in the television series Highlander on Oct.30th. We need a videographer to capture the event, it starts at 10:15AM (check-in is at 9:30 for participants so it's great if you arrive around then to be familiar with the space) and it will end by around 5:00PM (short lunch break in the middle). We have a limited budget of $250 but no editing is needed so we hope that will help. Please see what we do at www.swordxp.com and our youtube page. Essentially you are capturing the participants warming up, and learning then finally performing the fight choreography they have been working on through the day, and the footage that is a part of our short story...if you see our Youtube page it will better illustrate this part of the experience. We do provide a shot list and will have a phone call with you prior so you'll be prepared. Adrian will also have a camera to help capture footage as well. The participants are the focus of the day. We also ask that you are comfortable wearing a mask for the duration of the shoot.
