AI Story-to-Video Generator (Node.js + Vanilla HTML/CSS) — Text/PDF → Structured Scenes → Consistent Images/Clips + Voiceover → Final MP4
Overview
We need a web-based tool that takes a story input (text or PDF) and converts it into a structured set of scenes (no creative rewriting), then generates consistent visuals and audio narration/character voices, produces per-scene clips, and finally combines them into one long video (minutes).
The UI flow should be similar to the attached screenshot: paste story / upload PDF, choose style, choose aspect ratio, choose number of scenes, click “Analyze Story”, preview storyboard, then generate.
Tech stack: Node.js backend + Vanilla HTML/CSS/JS frontend (no frameworks required).
Budget constraint: total video/image generation should rely on free tiers or very low-cost providers with an estimated monthly spend around $30–$50. Watermarks are acceptable.
Important: We prefer remote generation via websites/accounts (no local GPU / no heavy local inference). We may use a Grok account for some parts. If you propose automating the UI with Puppeteer, you must ask for approval before implementing.
Note: you must have experience in such field and you must have made a project like that and you must be ready to show its results.
