Stabilize & Crop Shaky Footage
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I filmed a live music performance but the handheld footage is quite shaky. I need the whole clip (aprox. one minute and thirty seconds in length) stabilised first and then cropped so that only what sits inside a rectangular box—whose position and size I’ll show you—remains visible. Because the camera moves, the crop has to follow the action frame-by-frame rather than stay static.
You may use any professional workflow you prefer (Premiere Pro, After Effects with Warp Stabilizer and motion tracking, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.) as long as the result is smooth and the rectangle never drifts.
Deliverables
• A stabilised, cropped master in H.264 .mp4 at the original or higher resolution
• The editable project file so I can make future tweaks
Acceptance criteria
• No noticeable camera shake or warping artefacts
• Subjects stay perfectly centred inside the frame for the entire duration
• No black borders after stabilisation
