Small Live Event Setup & Webcasting for panel discussion

Job ID: 38536632

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I'm organizing a live discussion panel in a private room at a tavern downtown NYC. There are 4 panelists that will need to be on a small stage. The event runs from 6-9 PM on November 7th. The priority is that people in the room can hear and see the discussion. Secondary is a streaming webcast, which would be fine being done with a basic webcam or even a phone if you have the right accessories.

- Small stage setup
- Streaming video webcast
- Microphones for the event
- Portable stage for the event

The expected number of attendees is between 80 to 100.

Ideal skills and experience for this job would include:
- Expertise in live event production
- Proficiency in video streaming setup
- Experience with corporate conferences
- Understanding of audio-visual equipment.

Please note, the stage doesn't need to be large, just at 1-2 feet high so everyone in the room can see the panelists. I have a PA, but you providing a PA and microphones as an option would be nice. I need a stage that can be setup quickly. A single camera capturing the event for a webcast is requested. Multiple cameras as an option would be nice to consider.

I'm seeking a freelancer who can ensure a smooth and successful live event. This will happen at a famous tavern downtown. You will need to navigate rush hour traffic and load in/out on Pearl street. the attendees will be mature professionals. The room has a capacity of 120.
