I shoot short property walk-throughs that average under five minutes of raw footage and I need them turned into polished, modern-looking tours. The final cut should feel smooth and contemporary, with clean transitions, light color correction, and subtle motion stabilization where needed.
Please weave in tasteful background music and layer my supplied voice-over so the narration sits clearly above the track. I will provide either the recorded VO or a script for you to sync. Lower-third titles or location callouts aren’t required right now, but leaving room in the timeline for future text overlays would be a plus.
Because the clips are brief, I expect quick turnarounds and consistent style across multiple projects. If we work well together, I’ll have a steady flow of new listings to edit.
Deliverables:
• One fully edited video per property, exported in 1080p (H.264)
• Separate high-quality audio mix if levels were adjusted
• Project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—whatever you use) so I can make last-minute tweaks if a realtor requests them
