30–60 Second TV Commercials
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Create two polished commercials (30s & 60s) for international satellite TV and social cut-downs. My brand serves American and Persian audiences; English is primary with Farsi support. I’m a real-estate consultant (not a licensed agent/broker). Spots must highlight: 35+ years experience; Former Agent/Broker (1989–2017); Two-time Board of Governors, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals; Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), National Association of REALTORS® (2016); and San Diego Business License.
Scope
Concept & Script: One narrative expandable to 30s/60s.
Storyboard/Visual Treatment: Frame references with pacing.
Production: High-quality stock/graphics/footage (mix as needed).
Voice-Over & Music: Licensed; EN VO plus FA VO or EN VO + FA subtitles.
Post: Color grade, sound mix to broadcast loudness; lower thirds, supers, logo animation; titles/action safe.
Legal & Brand: Include my legal line (“Advisory services only. Not a licensed agent or broker.”). Spell out NAHREP and CIPS on-screen. Show San Diego business license briefly.
Deliverables
TV Masters: 30s and 60s – ProRes 422 HQ + H.264, 1920×1080, 29.97 (or 23.976).
Audio:
Full mix (EN), full mix (FA if VO), M&E stems (no VO), VO stem(s).
Loudness compliance report (ATSC A/85 -24 LKFS ±2 or -14 LUFS as agreed).
Captions/Subtitles: EN & FA SRTs + burned-in caption versions.
Graphics/Text: English-supers version, Farsi-supers version, and textless elements.
Social: 30s vertical (9:16) and square (1:1) cut-downs with safe text.
End Cards:
Final branded (EN/FA).
Clean template with editable phone/URL/QR.
Project Package: Premiere/Resolve project, relinkable media, LUTs, fonts, and readme.
Licensing Proof: Music/stock/font licenses; model/location releases; cue sheet.
Timeline & Revisions
Week 1: Concept + script (2 rounds) → approval.
Week 2: Boards + rough cut (2 rounds).
Week 3: Fine cut + masters (1 round).
Please share showreel, workflow, and realistic turnaround.

Worldwide, perpetual, all media (TV, satellite, web, social). Contractor warrants materials are free of claims and provides proof of licenses/releases.

Clear audio mixing credits; can they show a loudness report?
Bilingual work samples (EN/FA or similar).
Confirms M&E stems and captions delivery.
Comfortable spelling out credentials and handling legal supers.
