Rural Bihar Folk Song Shoot
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m producing a short music video for a traditional Bihari folk song sung by my wife. The entire story unfolds in a rural village on the outskirts of Patna, so the shoot must capture the authentic colours, textures, and rhythm of village life.
Here’s the creative direction:
• Casting: one adult female actress and one male child actor who can convincingly lip-sync to the track.
• Look & feel: both performers should appear in traditional Bihari attire. I want the clothing, jewellery, and styling to feel lived-in, not theatrical.
• Scenes: everyday village moments—walking along mud paths, drawing water at a hand-pump, sharing a simple meal, children playing under a banyan tree—anything that naturally reflects daily village life without staging large festival sets.
I will supply the mastered audio. You will organise casting, location access, shooting, and post-production. Final deliverables are:
1. A fully edited 3–4 minute video synchronised to the song in 1080p (or higher) with colour correction and basic titles.
2. All raw footage and project files.
Preference goes to teams or freelancers familiar with folk music videos, who can work efficiently near Patna and respect local culture while directing non-professional talent. If this sounds like your kind of project, I’d love to see a quick reel or links to comparable work along with a realistic timeline for pre-production, shoot, and edit.
