Royal Show Projection Mapping
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m producing a private Royal Birthday Show featuring a Sufi Night theme, to be presented as a looping projection-mapping animation on the façade of a private heritage-style building. The show will run during the first week of February and must evoke a regal, spiritual, and cinematic atmosphere, suitable for an elegant live celebration.
The visual language should draw from Sufi aesthetics—ornamental patterns, warm golden hues, rhythmic light movements, whirling motifs, and subtle architectural illumination—while maintaining a refined, royal tone. The animation should feel immersive and ceremonial rather than loud or flashy, designed to loop seamlessly throughout the evening.
Scope of Work
1. Creative Direction & Concept
Develop a concise thematic concept for a looping Sufi Night projection.
Visual storytelling inspired by Sufi spirituality, royal heritage, and celebration.
Patterns, light rays, ornamental geometry, and soft motion synced to a calm, devotional or instrumental Sufi soundtrack.
No explicit narrative—this is an ambient, continuous loop, not a linear show.
2. Projection-Mapping Animation
Create high-quality 3D or 2.5D projection-mapping content, aligned precisely to the building’s façade.
Emphasis on:
Architectural outlines and reveals
Flowing light textures
Elegant transitions and glow-based effects
Occasional focal moments (arches, central entrance, roofline)
The animation should loop smoothly with no visible start or end point.
3. Technical Requirements
Content must be rendered to the exact projection template that I will provide.
Final deliverables:
Uncompressed master output (image sequence or lossless video)
Playback-ready HAP or DXV codec for seamless media server triggering
Resolution, frame rate, and color space will be confirmed at kickoff.
4. Assets & Inputs Provided
Architectural drawings
Projection template / Photoshop UV map
Lens and projector specifications
Visual references (attached images reflect the intended mood and quality)
Audio track (if required)
5. Review & Timeline
One structured creative review after the initial look/animatic
One final polish pass before locking the loop
Delivery required ahead of the first week of February
Ideal Freelancer Profile
Proven experience in large-scale projection mapping or façade-based animations
Strong sense of aesthetic restraint, rhythm, and ceremonial design
Comfortable working with architectural constraints and projection templates
Prior work in thematic event visuals, heritage sites, cultural or spiritual shows is a strong plus
If you have previous projection-mapping samples, especially for luxury events, cultural nights, or ambient looping installations, please share them. This will help me finalize quickly.
