My Roka ceremony will run for four hours and I want the whole story captured in a natural, unobtrusive, documentary style.

• Candid moments with guests
• Family portraits

Please move freely through the venue, letting events unfold while you record them. A short pause for the family portraits can be scheduled in without disrupting the flow. Bring a camera set-up that handles low-light indoor scenes, a backup body, versatile lenses, and discreet portable lighting; ambient audio recording would be a welcome bonus.

After the shoot, deliver colour-corrected, high-resolution JPEGs (RAW files optional) via online transfer within seven days. No heavy retouching is required—basic exposure and white-balance tweaks will do.

When you reply, include:
• A link to previous documentary-style wedding or cultural work
• The gear you plan to use
• Your standard hourly rate for any overtime and your estimated turnaround time

Coverage time is fixed at four consecutive hours; everything else can be arranged once we confirm the booking.
