Residential Promo Video Shoot
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m commissioning a short promotional video that will make a set of residential listings stand out online in Delhi and NCR. The shoot has three clear focal points: the interior design and overall layout of each unit, the outdoor amenities—including gardens, patios, or pools—and a quick sense of the surrounding neighborhood so viewers grasp lifestyle as well as floor plan.
I need a visual storyteller who can handle both photography and videography in one session. Expect to bring a gimbal-ready 4K camera, a wide-angle lens for tight interiors, portable lighting, and preferably a drone for smooth exterior fly-overs (licensed operation is a plus). Natural-light shots are important but I’ll rely on you to supplement with soft-boxes or LEDs where rooms run dark.
Here’s what I’ll look for in the hand-off:
• 2–3 minute fully edited promo video in 4K, color-graded, branded with an intro/outro I’ll supply
• A 30–60 sec teaser cut for social media (vertical format)
• A folder of at least 20 high-resolution still frames pulled from the footage for listing thumbnails
• All raw clips, neatly organized by property, on a shared drive
We’ll schedule one full shoot day on site; let me know if you need a pre-visit for scouting. Turnaround for the first edit should be within a week of filming, with one revision round included.
