Remote Recruiters Needed for International Hiring Project – Digital Content Creators & Live Hosts
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are currently expanding our international talent network and looking for motivated freelance recruiters who can help us hire digital content creators and live hosts from worldwide locations, especially Europe.
This is a genuine long-term collaboration opportunity for recruiters, talent sourcers, social media scouts, and people experienced in finding online talent.
At the moment, our hiring targets are:
50 candidates from Europe
100 candidates from other worldwide locations
Your Role
Your responsibility will be to:
Find interested female candidates for digital content creation/live hosting roles
Connect with candidates through social media or your own network
Explain basic job details to them
Coordinate interview scheduling with our team
You are not responsible for training or final selection.
Your task is simply to bring interested and genuine candidates who appear for interviews.
Payment Structure
We offer fixed payouts per interview appearance:
$7 per candidate from Europe who attends the interview
$5 per candidate from other countries who attends the interview
The candidate getting hired or rejected does not affect your payment.
Once the candidate successfully appears for the interview, you get paid.

Candidate Criteria
We are mainly looking for:
Female candidates
Age 18–30
Interested in digital content creation or live hosting
Comfortable appearing on camera
Any language background is acceptable
Ideal Recruiter
This project is ideal for freelancers who:
Know how to source candidates online
Are active on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.
Have recruitment or outreach experience
Can communicate professionally and follow up with candidates
If you are confident you can bring quality interview candidates consistently, we would love to work with you long term. Send a short introduction with your experience and sourcing methods.
