Real Estate Walkthrough Videography
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m looking for a videographer who can create a clear, engaging walkthrough tour of a single property for my real-estate listing. The focus is on simplicity and flow—think of it as guiding an online visitor room-by-room, highlighting key features without flashy extras.
What I need:
• On-site capture of steady HD footage that follows a logical path through the home (entrance, living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, exterior).
• Basic, tasteful editing: colour correction, smooth cuts, and a simple title card with the property address.
• A finished MP4, 1–2 minutes long, ready for upload to listing portals and social platforms.
• Separate folder with all raw clips for my archive.
A stabilised camera setup (gimbal or equivalent) will be essential to keep the walkthrough smooth. Light background music is welcome if it’s royalty-free, but silence is fine too—I mainly want clean visuals.
