The finished piece should open with sweeping exterior shots before moving methodically through each space inside. While you edit, make sure viewers can clearly grasp room dimensions, the flow of the layout, and the interior finishes.
I’ll supply all footage, images, a basic shot list, and any text details you need for lower-third captions. Your role is to structure the story, apply clean transitions, light colour correction, subtle background music, and tasteful on-screen graphics that call out measurements and design highlights. A calm, engaging pacing is important—think guided walk-through rather than flashy promo.
Final deliverable: an HD video ready for YouTube and listing platforms, plus the project file in Premiere Pro or a comparable editor so I can make minor tweaks later if needed.
