QuickBooks Online Training Video

I have a set of roughly 200 real bookkeeping transactions ready to import into QuickBooks Online, and I want to turn that material into a practical, 1 to 1½-hour training course. You will record your screen as you work through the entire bookkeeping cycle, talking the viewer through each click and choice in clear, simple English.

The course should be broken into several short, logical sections rather than one long file. I don’t yet have a fixed outline, so I’ll rely on you to suggest a sensible flow that keeps the learning curve smooth and the video lengths manageable. At minimum, the training needs to show:

• Setting up a new company file
• Categorizing day-to-day transactions
• Reconciling the accounts at period end

Feel free to weave in any other best practices that make the process easier for beginners.

Deliverables
1. A series of polished, well-titled video files that add up to about 90 minutes of content
2. A brief written outline that lists the section titles, their runtimes, and the key actions covered in each
3. Any project files or settings required for future editing or subtitles

I’ll supply the transaction data. You’ll supply the expertise, the voice-over, and a high-quality screen capture. Once complete, I should be able to hand the videos straight to my students with no extra editing.
