We are Joe & Olga Buchi, Realtors in Tampa Bay, Florida and we're looking for a creative video pro who can turn the listing at 8934 Little Bluestem Drive, Land O’ Lakes FL into a punchy, fast-moving highlight reel that feels like a friendly, casual walk-through with me as the on-screen host.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• You’ll build a photo-real AI avatar from the head-shot and short reference clips I’ll provide.
• Pull the best stills, room specs and marketing copy already published on Zillow, Realtor.com and similar sites, then weave them into a vertical, social-first edit.
• Keep the pace upbeat—think 30-60 seconds—while still pausing long enough on the kitchen & dining area, owner’s suite, living/outdoor spaces, pool & spa, curb-appeal drone shots and the community clubhouse, courts and parks.
• Close with a clear call-to-action that positions me as the local expert and invites viewers to DM or call.
Deliverables
1. AI avatar video file (transparent or green-screen version)
2. Final 1080 × 1920 MP4, optimized for Facebook & Instagram Reels
3. Captions/SRT and thumbnail image
4. Project source file so we can tweak future tours quickly
Acceptance criteria
• Avatar closely matches my voice tone and casual, friendly style
• All specified areas receive on-screen spotlight moments
• Branding and contact info appear within the first and final thirds of the reel
• File sizes remain social-platform compliant
