Multiple Walkthrough Property Tours
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need cinematic, agent-ready walkthrough videos for a collection of more than half-a-dozen listings that are about to hit the market. Each property must feel unique yet cohesive, following the same branding, lower-thirds, and colour grade so the final set looks like one professional series.
For every shoot I will meet you onsite to outline the key selling points, preferred path through the rooms, and any voice-over markers I want captured. You handle steady-cam or gimbal work, natural-light optimisation (plus lightweight LED if needed), and all post-production: trimming, colour correction, subtle motion graphics for room labels, licensed background music, and delivery in 4K H.264.
Deliverables – one folder per property containing:
• The final edited video (3-5 min)
• A 15–30 sec vertical teaser for social media
• The synced, lightly colour-balanced raw footage
Everything should be ready to publish with no additional tweaks. My ideal turnaround is one week after each shoot date; we can stage filming over multiple days so gear and crew stay agile.
